Our history was a progressive one. The Bank was incorporated as Adazi-Ani Community Bank Nigeria Limited on September 24, 1996 and was licensed as a Community bank on January 24, 2002.
The bank obtained approval in Principle to operate Microfinance banking on April 3, 2007. The name was changed to AACB Microfinance Bank Limited on September 20, 2007 and final approval to operate as Microfinance Bank was obtained on December 27, 2007. The Bank was granted State Microfinance Bank License on 10th December, 2014.
